Rude and unprofessional reception staff. Called for a simple information and kept interrupting and jumping into conclusions without letting me finish what I was trying to say. Get better staff who can treat patients with respect and professionalism.

Dr Bala has been our family dentist for nearly half a century. He has looked after my mum, provided her honest advice and done a terrific job in preserving her teeth. Just looking at her teeth after recent visit fixing a missing tooth by widening the neighbouring teeth gives her happiness and she can eat pain free now.

I think in whole Australia if someone really need urgent n proper dental treatment then there is only one name Dentist Bala. He is really a master person . Me and around 3-4 my friend visited Dr bala and all of them are really happy with his treatment. 🙏 …

Dr Sakthi Bala (the dentist) is really good and pretty honest. Been seeing him for years even if it means driving an hour to the med centre.

Stay away! Dentist Dr Sakthi is greedy. Didn't finish the job, used all private health and out of pocket. Delay after delay almost a year. He forgot an appointment when I arrived. VERY BAD, rework required elsewhere.
