I've just attended this place with my uncle who is due to remove 7 of his teeth due to health reasons, upon entering the facility I was met by 2 older ladies of Asian descent who were both extremely rude and had no clue about customer service. They were very degrading to my uncle who I thought was much to nice to them....
Personaly I found the staff to be caring and excellent tracey removed all my teeth stitched me up done the best she could do for me. Unfortunately I took the voucher to get dentures put in through No Gaps in liverpool westfields whom made my dentures which are loose and non effective. The mid line of my dentures are 10...
Admin staff EXTREMELY disinterested and extremely rude!!! Dental staff (Dr and nurse) absolutely wonderful & caring but by the time you see them, you are so worked up by the rudeness and uncaring nature of admin staff. I was appalled and disgusted (& I'm in admin)
