The reception is the worse not very helpful and rushing through making appointments wrong and not long enough for the actual service the Denist wants to provide The female Denists and assistants are lovely and very good I had one horrible male Denist but he is gone now Overall good

I need root canal therapy but HCF has only ONE endodontics in George st as of JAN2022, waiting list is for 2-4months....and the receptionist on phone hang up on me before I finish all the questions......

After 4 messages left, 1 email and on hold for 25mins , I STILL cannot get to speak to anyone. If you are so short staffed, do I get a discount on my membership for no access to my membership? Big fat no!
