Have had multiple sessions now with Dr Frank Xu and the team. Extremely pleased with the level of care and my experience. Would highly recommend.

The staff at BUPA made a noticeable effort to accommodate me on my recent visit, and I’m appreciative of that service. The hygienist was really well versed, he explained what he would be doing for my clean and he gave me a great health check, with feedback, on how my teeth were doing. The professionalism and service are always 5 star at BUPA dental on Collins Street. The Oral Health Therapist, Emma, in particular is thorough and always helpful with any questions I have. The practice is highly recommended.
I have panic to dentists, I had a not so good experience first time I visited this clinic, asked for another dentist and the second visit was 10/10! Bilal was gentle, thoughtful, friendly and made me had a pleasant experience
