Have no issue with doctors or nurses but the reception area are dreadful when you call they put you on hold and forget about you or they eventually hang up very annoying when you're been on hold for more then 20minutes this really needs to be looked at and addressed or hire someone who will be answering the phone only

Booked online for a skin check on a Saturday, arrived early, checked in, was still waiting to be seen along with other people over an hour later. Ended up leaving without being seen. Will rebook elsewhere.
